📦 Shipping Rates
We use DHL Express to ship all orders from Colombia to ensure fast and secure delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order:

🕒 Processing Times
- In-Stock Items: Ship within 2-3 business days.
- Made-to-Order Items: Crafted upon request and may take up to 10 business days to process before shipping. DHL Shipping takes 3-4 days to arrive to any address in USA.
🌍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the USA. If you’re outside this region, please contact us for special arrangements.

- Tracking: All orders include DHL tracking information, which you’ll receive once your order ships.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
